API1. Create an account
Sign up at app.holos.io or directly within the Holos Capture or Holos Learn apps. If your organization already has a Holos account, ask your admin to invite you instead — all resources are org-scoped.

2. Install Holos Capture
Holos Capture is distributed outside the App Store via the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. Your admin will send you either an enterprise install link or a TestFlight invitation.
Device setup
Install Holos Capture and grant the required permissions.
3. Prepare objects to track (optional)
If the session involves specific equipment or parts, upload their 3D models to Objects in the dashboard and enable tracking on them. Trackable objects can then be picked when you start a capture.4. Record a session
Open Holos Capture, tap New Capture, name the session, select any objects to track, and tap Start. When you’re done, raise two thumbs up to end the session.

5. Upload and review
After recording, open the session in the Capture library and tap Upload. Once uploaded, it’s available in the Holos dashboard for review, annotation, and linking to training.
